2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through joltuar.com, including our waitlist sign-up form. It does not yet cover data processed by the Joltuar desktop application, which is not yet released. A separate or updated policy will be published before the product launches.

3. What Data We Collect

3.1 Waitlist Sign-Up

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Email address
• Any additional information you voluntarily provide in the sign-up form

We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any data from third-party sources at this stage.

3.2 Technical Data

We do not use cookies or analytics tools on joltuar.com. We do not track your browsing behavior or use any advertising pixels.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your email address solely to:

• Send you updates about Joltuar's launch and beta access
• Notify you when your waitlist position is reached
• Occasionally send product-related announcements

We will not send unrelated marketing or share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us at privacy@joltuar.com.

As a company based in Poland (an EU member state), we process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

6. Third-Party Processors

We use the following third-party service to manage waitlist communications:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — email delivery and contact list management. Brevo acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes data in accordance with GDPR. Their privacy policy is available at brevo.com.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

7. Data Retention

We retain your email address for as long as necessary to operate the waitlist and communicate with you about the product launch, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

If Joltuar does not launch or you have not been contacted within 24 months of signing up, we will delete your data.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.

9. International Data Transfers

Brevo may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, Brevo ensures appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. We do not transfer your personal data to any other parties outside the EEA.

10. Children's Privacy

Joltuar is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify waitlist subscribers by email.
